Robert Bajor
Credential Ecosystems, Skills-Based Learning, and Workforce Alignment
Founder and CEORobert Bajor is the Founder and CEO of Micro-credential Multiverse and a recognized leader in the skills-based education movement. A former high school science teacher, Robert works with state systems, higher education institutions, and national workforce organizations to transform how skills are recognized, validated, and translated into real workforce signals.
His advisory work includes partnerships with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Digital Promise, Education Design Lab, and statewide systems such as the Technical College System of Georgia.
Earlier in his career, Robert contributed to and led some of the largest developments in the digital credential ecosystem including the launch the Digital Promise Educator Micro-credential Ecosystem, and scale the digital credential platform Badgr, contributing to its growth and eventual $21.6M acquisition by Instructure.
Robert’s mission is to ensure that every learner, regardless of background, can turn their skills into meaningful opportunities.
Ben Roome, PhD
Responsible AI Strategy, Governance, and Workforce Impacts
AI LeadBen Roome, PhD, brings more than a decade of experience advising global technology and enterprise organizations on Responsible AI strategy, governance, and implementation. He has provided consulting support to organizations including Meta, TikTok, Uber, Microsoft, and Accenture, helping leaders navigate the ethical, operational, and workforce implications of advanced AI systems.
His work focuses on strengthening human-AI collaboration, mitigating risk, and ensuring that AI systems are deployed in accountable, transparent, and aligned with organizational values. Dr. Roome is the Founder of Ethical Resolve, where he leads strategic engagements at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, and technology governance.
He holds a PhD in Philosophy with a focus on science and technology studies, grounding his advisory work in rigorous analysis of the societal and institutional impacts of emerging technologies. His expertise bridges executive strategy, responsible innovation, and the practical realities of workforce adaptation in AI-enabled environments.
