Katie is a Senior Manager of Professional Services at Credly by Pearson
Katie Sievers joined Credly as a Customer Success Manager in 2019 after earning her M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she focused on education technology and alternative post-secondary pathways and credentials. Now, as Senior Manager, Professional Services at Credly's new home at Pearson, Katie brings a research-based perspective informed by experience helping over 140 diverse organizations structure, launch, and scale their credentialing programs. Katie cares deeply about ensuring that credentials create opportunities and measurable impact for credential earners, issuing organizations, and the labor market more broadly.
Outside of work, Katie is a teaching fellow at Harvard specializing in motivation theory and implementing learning technologies, researches and writes on issues related to post-secondary education and credentials, and volunteers at her local library’s career center.
