Meet our Founder
Robert Bajor
Founder and CEO of Micro-credential Multiverse
Robert Bajor, the founder, and CEO of Micro-credential Multiverse, is a seasoned professional who operates at the intersection of learning experiences and career opportunities.
With over 15 years of experience in the education and technology sectors, Robert has begun his journey as an NJ State Certified high school science teacher. He has since architected, developed, and launched some of the highest quality, scalable, and impactful skills-based digital credentialing ecosystems in the United States.
Before founding Micro-credential Multiverse in 2022, Robert served as a "Digital Credentialing Evangelist" for Badgr, a pioneering technology business in digital badges, learning pathways, and learner records. His work at Badgr (Concentric Sky) was instrumental in its success, leading to its acquisition by Instructure for $21.6 million in 2022.
Before his work with Concentric Sky, Robert led the development of both the Digital Promise and National Education Association digital/micro-credentialing ecosystems at Micro-credential Multiverse. These combined ecosystems have awarded tens of thousands of CEU-aligned micro-credentials to professional educators in over thirty states.
In addition to his work with Micro-credential Multiverse, Robert proudly serves as an advisor to multiple nationally recognized organizations, including the T3 Innovation network under the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Education Design Lab, and Credential Engine. In addition to his work as an advisor, he also serves in various working groups, tasks forces, advisory boards to elevate and catalyze the shift to a skills-based economy.
Under Robert's leadership, Micro-credential Multiverse specializes in architecting and supporting digital credentialing ecosystems at every stage of development. His team is passionate about creating and sustaining affordable, flexible, and high-quality experiences that fuel socioeconomic mobility and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
